Learning about your home. I want to know as much about your home as you do. What are your home’s special features that attracted you when you purchased it? What improvements, upgrades, or recent investments have you made? We’ll walk through your home together and develop a plan to show it to its best advantage.
Knowing the competition. Your home will compete with other homes on the market. That’s why it’s important to know what else is available. In addition to showing properties to buyers, I routinely take advantage of open houses and agent tours to view properties for sale in the area. I’ll gladly share my expertise with you.
Pricing it right. Pricing your home is where your motivation to sell and my understanding of market dynamics come together. Together we will look at the sold prices of similar homes in the area and the unique characteristics of your home to determine the best pricing strategy for you.
Helping You Prepare. I understand the amount of stress one endures in preparing a home for showing and open houses. I offer a complimentary professional cleaning service prior to your home being put on the market.
Properly Positioning Your Home. Marketing is key to getting your property sold for the most amount of money in the least amount of time. I direct all my advertising to the internet so that people can see the exterior and interior photos of your home. On average, buyers are shopping online five-six weeks before they even contact a realtor. I know how to best present your home to potential buyers.
