In today’s real estate market, the internet is the most effective way of reaching prospective buyers.An often over-looked item in marketing a home is the importance of working effectively with other agents. In 2008 80% of all home sales tracked by the Greater Boston Association of Realtors were “co-op” sales: this means that an agent other than the listing agent had the buyer for the sale.
